About Brighton Bakery

Established in 2022, Brighton Bakery has served small batch comfort food meals in the South Mission Beach community. With our seasonal creations, we use the freshest ingredients and we stock items daily at local partners in the neighborhood. And now, you can place custom orders of your favorite items!

For custom orders, we ask that you order online 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to source the freshest ingredients and let the flavor simmer a little longer! We guarantee it is worth the wait!

Brighton Bakery was born out of a strong sense of community. We believe in connecting around the table and sharing stories over wholesome goodness and comfort favorites like soups and baked items. (Have you heard? Our banana bread is a fan favorite!) At the heart of it, our passion is people and our love of community!
